Trolly Car: Phantom Driver?

Within this exceptional photo taken by investigator Linda Sileo, a phantom Trolly Car Conductor can be seen within a window of an antique trolly. It's somewhat pixelized, due to the magnification of a small part of the photo, and the increase in the photo's contrast. If you will note, the right side of the photo features a man's face, brimmed cap, shoulder, and left hand. Also, a filmed light anomaly was videotaped floating past this particular Trolly.
