Warner Anomaly

This still frame is from the Hi-8 footage mentioned below. This slow moving anomaly, highlighted by the arrow, had a slight pulsation- fluctuation effect as it drifted out of view. Jeff has been unable to duplicate the effect with lint, dust, insects, or light refractions.
