SPI Ranking of possible Videotaped/ Photographic anomalies:
Out of focus orbs/ globules... considered weak evidence, since they are mostly caused by natural airborne particles. One possible exemption would be the large globule filmed at the Warner Theater... due to it's size, slow movement, and subtle pulsing effect.
Mist anomalies... considered weak in cold environments. Considered compelling in warm, smoker free environments.
Odd light shapes, ribbon shapes... considered compelling, as long as still frames lack any suggestion of wings or flapping movements, as with an insect, bird or bat. Light refractions will move with camera, and do not appear to approach towards (or retreat from) the video camera.
Unexplainable movement of objects and furniture... most compelling, when the entire object being moved is in view.
Face or Form anomaly... considered the best evidence available.
